The European Commission has authorized three genetically modified soybeans to be sold for food and feed in Europe. The soybeans are MON87708 x MON89788, MON87705 x MON89788 and FG 72. The specific GM traits of each soybean vary, but all have glyphosate herbicide tolerance.

If your operations are in the EU or you source from the EU, please be aware that receipt of processed products and ingredients from the EU could be made from GMO soybeans. To maintain the integrity of your organic products, please ensure your suppliers are properly specifying and confirming the non-GMO status of any supplied ingredients.
