Operations Manager

Susan McCarthy moved to the United States in June 1979 from the UK, landing in the eclectic city of New Orleans, Louisiana. After travelling around the beautiful country she settled in San Diego, California in 1989 with her two boys. Susan obtained her master’s in business administration from Madison University and has worked in operations for most of her career, managing large facilities and dedicating her time to creating productive, positive environments. Susan has worked with QAI for nearly 11 years, currently in the role of Operations Manager. The position provides the oversight of customer coordinators, the Inspection Department and admin, while keeping a pulse on the financials. Her love of food drew her to this position but the amazing team and industry is what keeps her engaged.
